Lily's Country Furniture, Inc. specializes in the manufacturing of high quality custom country upholstered furniture. Utilizing our decades of furniture building knowledge and experience, we have carefully implemented manufacturing processes which emphasize superior quality and craftsmanship. We use the highest quality materials available and pride ourselves in producing the highest quality furniture possible. Here are a few points of emphasis:

Frame Construction

            Our frames are constructed using 5/4" hardwoods which are precisely cut and built using double dowels, glue and screws. This helps provide extremely sturdy and long lasting joints. Hardwood corner blocks which are glued and then screwed in place help support stress areas and provide further strength and durability. We use screws instead of nails and staples because they supply a higher bonding capacity.

Coil Spring Construction

            Our seats are constructed using high quality polyester twine and steel coil springs which are all eight way hand tied. This provides superior comfort and support over the life of the furniture. Steel metal bands and interface webbing also ensures lasting strength and stability for our seating.

Cushion Construction

            Our seat cushions are constructed using a 2.5 high density ultracel foam rubber which provides a high level of comfort and durability. This is a much higher quality foam rubber than the majority of furniture manufacturers use. All cushions and backs are topped with a polyester fiber which provide additional comfort to each piece of furniture.

Upholstery

            All fabrics are precisely hand cut and sewn so that when they are applied to the furniture, the fabric patterns align both horizontally and vertically. Even though this requires additional fabric, the end result is a piece of furniture with a fabric layout that is much more appealing when the furniture is upholstered.
